FedEx fails again. I live on the 3rd floor of a condo. I am 72 and a cancer patient. It is not easy for me to carry the box up the. stairs.. I have filled out the section of the order form to have the box delivered upstairs. The delivery instructions are posted on the box. Many times FedEx has left the box on the first floor , a few times blocking the steps. One time, I had to drive around town, found the driver to have him come back and bring it up the steps. It has been a week since Top Chefs posted a ticket acknowledging the issue but no update.
I do not know if FedEx has been notified, if the driver has been spoken to to, etc.i receive packages from all the delivery services and they all bring the packages to my door.

I order the omelet breakfast and the last few orders have hardly been omelettes. Little if any bacon in them.

Just call them eggs.

Great customizable meals. Perfect portions and packed/shipped well.

I have purchased Top Chef meals many, many times.
Because of the great taste I will keep reordering.
The only thing the menu lacks is the very small selection of vegetarian meals.
I do wish they woud alowl me to create vegetables meal platteres from their existing list of veggies.

The food arrived when they said it would. I appreciate the changes you have made in the veggies. I don't like the brussel sprouts.

Customer service

I like the choices, specifically Extra Protein and eliminating carbs to swap for more vegetables. I do not like that Renal meals have been discontinued but I'm not sure the market was large enough to sustain. I also like that there are standard meals and seasonal for variety.

This is my 5th order. I have some observations: overall meals are tasty & filling. The size of the meat servings are erratic, from bountiful to skimpy. Chicken is invariably very dry no matter how gently heated, (chicken lo mein is an exception). Stewed pork & beef likewise.
Courier has failed to follow delivery instructions, as a result I am collecting insulated totes.

The meals are great as they always have been. The problem is the delivery; I am in CA and UPS said food would arrive between 10:30 and 1:30 so I made sure I was home. Around 2p (still no food) the UPS tracking changed and said it would arrive by 9pm. It got here about 4:45 and there was no dry ice left and one meal was partially thawed. It doesn't deter from ordering again, but I would wait until cooler weather.

The website is easy to use.when i do need to interact with the company they are fast to respond and helpful.

The flavor of the different meals varied. Some were ok, others not as good. Also, delivery took a while, as the meals were being delivered across the country. Ordering in the future would require me to plan much further in advance than I usually do.

The delivery was good but the food portions small and I didn’t find them to be what I expected.

I am in South Florida near Boca Raton (east coast) -- this is the second time now that my meals have arrived "repackaged it looks like" by FEDEX in a large "UNMARKED BROWN BOX" -- not in the white and black box that I have been receiving for many years. The wt/black box was "not" inside but only the plastic bag (OPEN) and the grey insulation wrapped LOOSELY around the smaller inner box for 21 meals. This time the meals seemed edible but I would really appreciate an EXPLANATION and if this is expected to continue.

Most of the food was fresh and seasoned well. Mostly good portion sizes.
There were a few exceptions. Both white and brown rice very dry. Crab cakes too much breading and not enough crab. I had one meal with mashed potatoes.p
portion of potatoes was extremely small, maybe two tablespoons.

It's great to have an option for fresh, ready-made meals that I can order for my parents. They appreciate the quality and the variety. Shipping is very quick. Thank you Top Chef!

Easy to order; great courteous customer service

I like that I can change the vegetable or starch in a meal. The food is tasty and the price is reasonable.

As far as the customer service rep on the phone, she was fine. She handled my call and question very well. The food was pretty good, but not amazing by any stretch. The meals themselves were small and at $10 each plus $10 shipping - I just didn't see the value. Thank you for the opportunity to try by buying only 4 meals though. That is a very nice optiion.

I have been ordering meals for approximately two years on a regular basis. I found with my most recent order the barbeque sauce had extremely too much pepper in it. Too much that I could not eat it. So far the other meals have been okay.
