Well made meals. Well packed. Delivered a day early even! Love it! Microwave instructions were a bit light, "Cook for at least 90 seconds", when (the ones I've had so far) really needed 4+ minutes. Still, very good!

Arrived in a timely manner, have many options for diet needs.

We have been buying meals from Top Chef for many years and are very pleased with the meals. One thing that I don’t like is that all meals are not customizable. I particularly do not like the meatloaf dinner. You need a new recipe for meatloaf with customizable sides.
Also it would be nice to have trays with 3 sections. Some entrees and sides do not go well together in the tray.

All good but paper with instructions for 6 meals was missing.

The customer service is very professional. If there is an issue with an order they immediately do their best to resolve it. They are very courteous,understanding and cooperative. Their meals are very tasty and healthy especially if an individual has health problems like diabetes, weight, high blood pressure. They're great for kids too. Well balanced meals. I am grateful for Top Chef Meals. Thank you!!

My first time using any type of meals on line. Top Chef Meals made it pretty easy.

It would helpful to have instructions on how to navigate your web site. I just caught on after making two tel. calls.

Make your boxes handle with care. I just recieved my latest ship and I not sure if it was carried in the truck or chain behind it for delivery. Just an FYI, FedEx is the worst.

Food and customer service deserves 5 stars. The choice of delivery agent (FedEx) actually should pull it down below 4 stars. They are terrible. I know this isn’t a delivery review but they repeatedly fall short on delivery either by being late or failure to follow delivery instructions and detract from the whole experience.

This was the 4th order I have placed to assist family members who were unable to prepare meals. This time I purchased a gift certificate that was emailed by Top Chef to the recipients.
I received a call from my sister within 10 minutes after the order was placed. She was so pleased, she was in tears.
When the order arrived, my sister a text telling us what they would have that night. They were so happy to have the selection of meals to choose from and the ease of preparation.
Top Chef has come through for me once again.

My food was not packed in ice and some of the food could not be eaten.
You still do not include Ropa Viejo on your menu. That’s why I don’t buy very often anymore.

Portions are small on most meals. Turkey didn't taste fresh this time. Love the brisket but the portion is very small. Love the Pork ragu with polenta. I'm not sure I will be ordering again as there is only free shipping after 16 meals. Website is not the best. I had to call the last time to get my order through because the name of the item I was ordering had changed and the website was not updated.

The meals were great and shipping was fast! And the price was right!

The food is great and delivered when they say it will be and in perfect condition!

Top chef is consistently delicious, quality meals. I choose low sodium & diabetic meals which are the best! My partner orders regular meals which he really enjoys. Delivery is always reliable and the delivery people are friendly and professional. And with prices today, these meals are an incredible value.
