This Seller is TopCubans.com, located in Switzerland. I really wanted a 50x box of RASS. The only way to buy is was - they had a package deal that included another box too. I scoped it out for over a month and it was always available. So I ordered. As soon as I ordered them, no more 50x box of RASS has reappeared on their website (it's been 3 months now), and I check every week. So there was only ever one 50x box of RASS available. It arrived and the quality was terrible, despite their website saying "To guarantee quality, all cigar boxes are carefully opened and inspected by our team before shipping". The tracking showed the box started in Switzerland, so they absolutely had the box in their hands. Split wrappers, punctures, tears in nearly half of them. I've never seen such an atrocious box of cigars. When I queried them about it they acted all innocent, which I do not believe at all for all the above reasons. They knew damn well what the quality was. They were trying to get rid of the last tatty left over box and tried to 'disguise' it in a package deal. Heck, it may not even be a complete box and is just a box made up of rejects. I have smoked four and two were bad so far. One split open like a volcano. And, no, it is not my humidor at fault.
They gave me a partial refund - not enough in my opinion - but I will never use TopCubans again and I suggest you don't either. You can't trust them.
