Did not get a shipping notification…
Did not get a shipping notification befor I contacted the store.
Even though the produkt was in store before release date it did not get shipped so it could be delivered on release day.
But relay easy to order and quick response on my questions so will be back hoping for som small impovments

Hi Tobias, thanks for using some time to evaluate our service.
Unfortunately LSS (The producer of the cardgame in question) has strict rules for deliveries and we where ordered not to ship out anything before release date. This is not something we control.
We where not aware that GLS does not sent out a SMS/Mail before the package arrives to parcelshop or are out for delivery when we ship outside Denmark. In Denmark people gets notification as soon as the shipment has recieved the first scan. So we're sorry you didn't get the notification before contacting us. We where simply not aware of this difference.
In the meantime we found another solution so this will not happen again and everyone will get notified as soon as a tracking code has been made in our system no matter where they are from.

Selv om vi er midt i en pandemic så er de super gode til at spørge for at folk holder afstand og så er de gode til at give vejledning og råd hvis man er ny til ting jeg har kun gode ting at sige om top deck det er lige det Hillerød mangler

We had a deal where I was supposed to pick up a purchase at an event that then got cancelled due to Corona. The communication and problem solving from Topdeck was amazing and via a custom solution I now have my displays. Top notch Topdeck!
