I bought a Chivas Regal 21 years old on Sunday. It should be sent on Monday, yet it's Teusday afternoon and I still didn't receive an e-mail for tracking info.
Edit: I received my bottle. They were slow.

Very bad website and customer service
Very bad website interface. Ordered a a drink to be delivered at a friends house but their website can’t differentiate which address is the billing address and which the delivery address. You don’t get a chance to double check either. When I noticed the mistake emailed them immediately. Also called when they were open. Got a lady on the phone that sounded like she didn’t have a clue what was going on or how to fix it. Finally got a mail back that they were going to cancel it and I’d get my money back. Then another mail that the package was delivered at the wrong address anyways. Clueless people. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble. Buy somewhere else
