DONT purchase a ticket for flights on this site. The prices seem great and I even tried to read all the fine print but as soon as I booked it went “PENDING”. I was suspicious so I called the toll free number. I waited online for over an hour and when I was next in queue they told me to leave a message. 🤔
The call back was even worse when I said I wanted to cancel my flight I got interrogated as to why. I don’t owe anyone an explanation but I said after I read the reviews about this site it seems shady and a scam. The representative was talking over me the entire time and told me I was a dumb customer and I should have read “the terms” (which I did) she then told me my tickets were standby and that is why I wasn’t issued a confirmation. Why would I want to flight standby and not be assured of a seat on a flight that I have to take and be there on a specific day. She wouldn’t let me speak so I had to listen to her ever changing explanation and then she hung up on me. I was diaper calm and let her know that I already contacted my credit card company and that they blocked the charge. Ohhhh that made her so mad. I’m just here to help someone who is more trusting than I am. Be well.

Horrible company and employees. They keep contradicting their own information, they have no idea what they’re doing unless the point of it is to scam people. Save yourself the trouble and headache and book elsewhere.

They claim the booking was cancelled, but no evidence of it. No email confirming cancellation nothing whatsoever.

Purchased a ticket through their site, they never purchased said ticket and followed up that the price quadrupled in price. They reported searching for other flights which only had exorbitant costs. I cancelled the reservation and immediately found a reasonably priced ticket from a different carrier. Please don't waste your time with this scam company.

Total Rip Off! Prices are double after you select your flight and customer service is very rude when you try to get an understanding…….

100% SCAM!!!!!! booked a domestic flight..( departure next day @ 5pm) booking status: pending! 7hrs later..called "customer Disservice" to inquire abt the flight, 30mins wait time then Guess what? was told it's pending and they would lmk 1h prior to departure {LOL} so then asked to cancel, Punjabi said: No you can't!! Basically go to the airport and roll the dice! This company is a RIP OFF!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Scammer website. Read all the bad reviews which are the only ones real by the way and you will hear the exact same complaints over and over. They put a low fare on rhe web. People book it and it shows up as pending . Then like clockwork, they will call you and say that fare has gone up and if you are either flexible for another day or pay up the higher price.

Vicky vee... Made a big mistake I went online and saw price from San Francisco to Huntington West Virginia 284. I called and got Vicky Vee she told me that the price I was looking at has changed the $362. I only called the check and see how much it would cost to check in the luggage. I told her once again San Francisco to Huntington West Virginia. But what happened was she put it down for San Francisco to Charlotte North Carolina. My wife caught the mistake it's our called her to let her know that it was a mistake and we need to change it for destination is Huntington as I told her. She told me she would call me back the next day. The next day came no call. So I called and I got her. And she told me she was just about to call me and then I asked her about making changes she said she would do that and she would make a connection from Charlotte to Huntington West Virginia just give her some time she will give me a call back. 3 hours passed by and I'll call back again I got a different lady explain everything to her and she said that she could do that for me but it will cost me another $260 from Charlotte North Carolina to Huntington West Virginia. I told her I was not going to pay any more money that what she should do is make the correction. Then told me the ticket was non-refundable. So I told her I already have to call my bank and get this taken care of because online it was refundable. Then I said are you going to fix this for me? She said no won't you call you back then. These people are scammers!

Do not use this website they are a scam!!!
The prices are low, we booked our flight, then they called my mom to tell her the prices change and they cannot access her card to add the additional amount needed, so my mom not knowing it was a scam gave them via phone call all her card information, they took the extra money, now all of a sudden someone scamming my mom card booking tickets to a summit in New York. We had to shut down the card.. please do not give these people your card number. They not only scam you with low prices then change the price when you already booked but they also will call you telling you your card is not working and ask you for your card information.

It’s a scam……..booked a flight, e mailed says not confirmed, don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to e mail, finally answer the phone- options- pay double now or turn up at the airport on the off chance they will let you on……as madge would say fr?g offfff…. Don’t do it, if it’s too good to be true, don’t do it…..,,had to cancel AMEX in the middle of my vacation…….dishonest beyond belief…..

Found a flight at the time I needed and purchased a round-trip ticket. Received an email that my purchase was "pending". Got nervous, looked online for reviews, and then immediately froze my credit card. 100% SCAM. They "sell" you a ticket, but when you finally get to talk to them, they say the "fare is no longer available" and it's way more expensive. It took 10 phone calls and hours of being on hold to even talk to a person. There are no fewer than five phone numbers associated with topflightfares, and no one answers. Please, please do not fall for this like I did...it will cost you time, money, and your sanity. The call center is likely not even in the US. These people belong in jail with cellmates named Big Bubba and Angry Jane.

Stay away from these sharks! I found "Topflightfares" on CheapFlights offering a great rate that ultimately happened to be fake. I bought it and they emailed me an itinerary but said it was "Pending." Soon came an email from "George Stevens" saying my "reservation was not properly processed." He instructed me to call him to resolve the situation. Yeah, right. But I managed to cancel the purchase without doing so. Total scammers. Check out all the other one stars which are obviously the only real reviews on here.

These lots are frauds. They lure you on their website with low fares that do not exist and hold amounts on your credit cards and make you wait. After waiting when you call them, they pretend to get confirmation from the airlines. Next thing you are told that the fare you booked is no longer available but the new higher fare can be confirmed. This new fare actually is higher than the fare available on the airline website. This way you get robbed
