Terrance is helpful with my flight

Terrance was so patient with explaining the services to me and gave me a good deal

1 star because there's no "0" selection. Found a fair for $91.36. Booked. Called to verify, was told it was a "stand by", there were 41 ahead of me so unlikely I would fly. I could change t main cabin, for additional $150.00. No, so opted to cancel. No email/text of the cancel. Called to verify cancel. The will call me in 30 minutes. 30 minutes came and went. If it seems to good to be true....

Mr Terrance Ortha helped me with an issue I was having with the website as well as a fellow employee of top flight fares. He calmly listened and addressed my issue promptly and respectfully

Wonderful experience! Terrance was wonderful!

I was able to speak with a young man that was able to explain in detail what was being purchased for the price advertised on the site. I also thank him for being willing to resolve the situation of these tickets purchased are for standby seats.

It's been great

I just got off the phone with their customers service. Apparently the plane tickets i brought are fake, the customers service rep said its a standby flight and they never charged me for the booking. I paid 128 dollars for plane tickets for my cousin. I have the bank receipt showing that it was charged and money was withdrawn. After mentioning that to the rep they hanged up on me and each time I called they kept hanging up. I will be planning to sue them over this issue cause the money was taken out and they refuse to answer my questions and told me I have to spend more money on a plane ticket for about 500 dollars.

I would give them zero stars of possible. Bate and switch, charged me 173 then called and said the price went up to 389 and there are no refunds given. Sounds like a challenge to me along with 3 times the amount I paid. No idea how a major airline "United" would allow such a bad company to represent them
