Do not use this company! They oversell tickets with no possible way of boarding your flight. They will lie and tell you that the flight you originally booked, no longer has seats, but will book you on another flight for way more than the price it originally is. THIS IS A SCAM. I will make sure this company gets shut down! DO NOT USE!

The flight was scheduled out of the wrong airport. My schedule changed and I needed to cancel my flight. Mark Wilson informed me I could not cancel or get a refund. This was not explained when scheduling the flight. Mark
displayed rude attitude forcing me to NEVER wanted to use your company in the future.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I booked because it was the cheapest flight I found anywhere, but after finding a reddit thread dedicated to horror stories about the company I called to cancel. I was asked why and just stated I realized I wouldn't be able to go. The service representative said I should have figured that out before I booked. He then said fine it's canceled. I asked for a confirmation and he said it was pending so I wouldn't get one. I told him I gotten one for the pending status so I would like one for the confirmation. He told me to dispute it with my bank and hung up. So looking forward to disputing whatever happens there with my bank...no stars should be an option.

had a wonderful experience with Peter. He helped me change my flights to a different class for my luggage. Otherwise, I would show up at the airport and not be able to take it. He calmed me down and straightened everything out for us now we’re going to NewYork, to check off our bucket list ! Much thanks to you Peter.

I purchased a ticket to Las Vegas from this website for $100 per person.
My purchase remained pending, and when the site contacted me, the person on the line put me on hold without informing me. After a long wait, he came back with a strong Indian accent and said that the ticket I had bought was not available, and that if I wanted, he could issue a new ticket for $190.

I said I wanted my original ticket, but he replied that it was not possible.
So I said, “Then please cancel it.”
He answered, “Cancelled,” and suddenly hung up the phone—without even saying goodbye.

Honestly, this website hasn’t even taught its employees basic courtesy. It seems they hire staff just to save money and don’t care about customer service. With this method, they force customers to pay whatever price the website wants.
I will never use this site again and will make sure to warn my friends and acquaintances about it.

Peter at ext 1020 was so helpful booking my sons flight! I had a lot of trouble with my card, and he was patient and willing to work it out with me. I had to call my credit card company, and he called me back to follow up just as he said he would. It was an absolute pleasure booking my flight with Peter!
