Still haven’t received my purchase and…

Still haven’t received my purchase and no reply from them to my emails. very disappointed as it was a birthday present for my daughter which has now passed.

Update: since posting this they have emailed me and investigate where my parcel is.

Order number 3028 No refund

Order number 3028: After ordering, I canceled the order on December 6, 2023 because it was out of stock, but I have not received a refund even after about half a year. Why? I contacted them over and over again, but no response. I don't think it can be helped to suspect fraud. It's not a cheap price. If we do not receive a reply, we will take appropriate action. I'm sorry

Nike dunk low tops

First time ordering from this company, I was a bit dubious after reading some of the reviews, but I’ve got to say I was really impressed with the service. I ordered a pair of Nike dunk low tops. Order arrived quickly, was informed throughout the process, & was given a tracking number. I would definitely order from top flight again. Great service.

Provided damaged goods. Poor customer service.

Provided damaged goods. Poor customer service, took too long to agree to a return and to provide me a refund. Company gave the impression I had used them and they were not received damage! Very poor considering this was an Xmas gift and was not resolved until two months later.

Ok but item opened

Topflight was ok, I ordered a Syna jacket for my son. It was delivered fine roughly in the time frame.

I’ve dropped 2 stars as it was just ok, middle of ground service. Delivery was roughly on target, but there was no notification it was dispatched or tracking it just arrived one day.

I’m also unclear (and appreciate this could be my misunderstanding) is that the item arrived in what appeared to be a “used” state. It’s perfectly fine, but it was removed from original packaging which was included but crumpled up. I can’t see any indication on site that mentions these items could be returned or pre-loved for example. While I may have still bought it this way had I known, it should be clearly mentioned.

Overall though I’d use again if trying to get something difficult to get hold off
