I am extremely disappointed with the lack of integrity at Tophatter. I placed an order over a month ago that was never received. After contacting support and dealing with Sherry Zefko (Head of Customer Support), I was told to wait 14 days for a refund. It has now been well past that window, and I have neither my money nor my items.

This company operates like a fraud, ignoring legitimate claims and withholding customer funds. If you value your money and time, stay away. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and the FTC to ensure this is investigated. Avoid at all costs.

Tophatter canceled my order said they were issuing a refund which I still have not received purchase price 68.28 they said they were giving me 13.68 well where's the rest of my money as of today a big fat 0 don't order from there scams

Purchased quite a few items that never showed up. Was told by customer service (Sherry Zefco) that they were victims of Russian cyber attacks and all data was lost. Crap website don’t trust.

I placed an order , in beginning of July, & Paid for the merchandise, It was taken out of my Bank account, But they Never shipped all my merchandise. It is Now October 31th, & I still have Never received all my order, I received what was advertised as a "Diamond" bracelet, but was a Cuban Zirconia crystal bracelet. But was advertised as Diamond. I told them that was false advertising, & wanted my $$ back. I also had ordered a Queen Mattress pad, But Never received it. Companies now days show a pic of where it was delivered. I didNOT get it, & No email with a pic either. I contacted them & they were supposed to refund my $$, But still have NOT received that either. They are a Fraud, & cheating people. The Attorney General needs to stop them from cheating the public. I want my $97.00 Back.

I purchased sometime back in August. I received an update that there was a delay in New York. I then got an update that it was in my mailbox. It still is not here. I tried to chat with customer service but they required that you first pay $5 just to chat with a customer service representative. This is NOT Right!! I'm VERY disappointed!!
