Topmate has turned out to be the ideal platform to create a line of communication between me and my audience. I'm an educational content creator, so students & design professionals are able to reach me directly in a systematic way. Topmate takes care of scheduling, payments and communication leading upto the session - and it's all super helpful.

Super nice platform, lots of potential. Overall I enjoy the whole experience and UI. As any new startup, still has room for improvement as far as product goes. But it is by far the best system for managing my mentoring practice.

Demand is non existent. I hardly get any calls. Tapchief was 100 times better than this.

It made me to earn a lakh in less than 45 days

I've overall been satisfied, but I do have several issues with the platform.

1. Multiple people complained about the payment not being successful, leading to lost money on cancelled sessions.
2. The landing page could use a more professional design, without unnecesary animations that don't contribute anything to the function nor aesthetics.
3. Transactions take way too long with paypal, though hopefull this will improve soon.
4. It would be cool to have a possibility that people leave a video testimonial.

Topmate is simply a great tool to allow people seek and give help through dedicated meetings. Scheduling, communication, seamless meetings, feedback - all processes are handled very well. Metrics are accurate and immediate. Customer support is almost instant.

It was a nice experience taking my first mentoring session on topmate.io. The audio over the call was good and I was also able share my video without any issues. Though it was not very intuitive how to take notes during the mentoring session so I had to use a text pad to make notes.
