Delay/Dilemma

I have filled in the form, received automated reply, but nothing else. The automated reply states a doctor will review your request and get in touch either in a few hours or the next day. Well the next day has been and gone, and I have not heard back from the team.
Disappointed, shall move on!!!
I have now received an email and a telephone call, (8th) explaining the delay/dilemma.
Thanks for getting in touch, hopefully all can be arranged soon.

MRI Scan

MRI Scan

I'd found TopMRI through google searches and thought id enquire mainly due to the prices being the cheapest i could find. The process was relatively straight forward, the scan was paid for, i had the scan, then i received my report 6 working days later. The process was a little frustrating a little bit of chasing was needed and not a lot of communication from there end. However whenever i rang the gent was polite and helped me out. Think the service being offered here is more-or-less perfect for private healthcare. Thanks to TopMRI im now on the path to full recovery

Don't trust !!

sent off my referral and didn't hear anything for over a week. rang them to be told we only have one doctor reviewing every referral so there will be a wait but your appointment will be next week. was told I would be contacted within 2 days from that phonecall. didn't hear anything. rung again to be told someone would look at it that day. again I didn't hear anything for a few days. the date of which they said my booking would be for was now long gone. then received a couple of lines on an email saying my referral had been looked at by doctor and they were authorising an MRI scan and somone would be in touch to book it in.
never heard anything so went to Vista instead, booked within 5 mins online for an appointment within a week.
if you have to chase so many time to book in an appointment how long do you have to chase for the results?? I wasn't going to risk it.
the company also doesn't sound like a very professional setup when you ring them and the poorly written 2 line email from the doctor could have been mistaken for a scam email!

Lots of lies about returning phone calls and booking appointments

Lots of false promises and waiting for an appointment which never materialised. Booked online as it said appointments within a few days, email to say wait til is up to 10 days which I agreed to. It then took another 2 weeks of me constantly ringing and asking for an appointment to be booked, constantly getting fobbed off being told they'd call me back (which they never did). After several weeks of trying to get an appointment with this company, I have up and then had to wait a few days for a refund. Booked with vista health and appointment confirmed immediately, scan done and report received in just a few days.

We apologise that you had a bad experience with us. at TOP MRI we try really hard to achieve the best customer satisfaction but we are sometimes constrained with the End Service Providers and we just pass on the information that we receive from them and the SLAs we have with them.

I Just want to clarify that we returned the money immediately when you asked for the refund and it takes 2-3 days by the payment provider to credit into your account. We received the request on the 24th and we got the referral from the clinician on 26th and the we received the deposit payment from you on the 28th. The referral was actioned on the same day and was in the queue of the service provider. I understand that you were not been called till for 1 week when you requested for the refund and we immediately processed it.

We always try to inform the patients in advance of the waiting times as clearly as possible. In the Greater London area we are able to arrange appointments immediately, however in the North we have limited availability and the waiting times are usually longer.

We will also pass your feedback to the service provider.

Brilliant service - thank you so much.

I was looking for an urgent, CT scan. I found TopMRI through a Google search and made contact, initially online and then on the phone. Andy - who answered the phone - was incredibly helpful and managed to book the scan at very short notice. I was very concerned about my results, so I contacted Andy multiple times, checking if results had been received. He was always courteous and very efficient, keeping me informed of the timeline and chasing things for me. He was fantastic.
The price for my scan was £175 cheaper than going direct to the private company that carried out my scan and there was no dilution of their service by my going through TopMRI.
I have no hesitation in recommending TopMRI. Thank you Andy and Dr Chaudhri.

Mri and ct scan

Had an mri and Mrcp in January and felt great with a radiology report and everything going smooth. I then had a ct scan in March and the whole process was quick and effective with my results coming back in 1 working day. Highly recommended.

Superb service

I had a MRI on Sunday 10th November 2019. The staff were excellent, they explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable and at ease.
I recieved the Radiologists report within 8 hours and the Neurologist followed up the following morning.
All I can say is excellent service and well worth the cost.

Superb service

Straight forward to deal with, needed to do an urgent self referral. Team doing the scan noticed I had a serious internal back infection and made me understand that I needed to go to A&E immediately. Not only this, the scan was at 1400 on a Tuesday, by 1800, the doctor from Top Mri phoned me direct to advise that he had emailed me a report and I needed to ensure the A&E doctors saw the report. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL, ESPECIALLY THE MRI TEAM AT PRESTON.

Seriously incompetent company

Seriously incompetent company, never have I had the pleasure of such a bad and incompetent business.

I booked an MRI with them and I am literally chasing them on how to pay, no straight answers, just told me they'll send me an invoice.

I have now asked them 4 times and still nothing! I was supposed to be having my MRI in 1 days time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES THEY MESS YOU AROUND.
