Excellent price and Quality of the Manhatten King size bed base and Large height headboard,very good for the price.Free delivery.We chose the base with the inserts,its sturdy,can't complain.Delivery was Quick,no instructions but after a WhatsApp message and quick reply all sorted,probably took under an hour to put together,these are heavy and rightly so,it shouldn't fall to bits,only slept on it 1 week,we bought a mattress too but haven't swapped over yet from the old one we have so expect that'll make it more comfy too.So would I recommend you paying your hard earned money buying from this business,YES!! Ordering things online can be a minefield but not with these,100% go for it Can't comment on an ottoman as didn't opt for that type of bed as didn't need it but based on what we have shouldn't disappoint in that type either.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I purchased a bed for £1,100 and was given a delivery slot between 12–3pm. At 3:20pm I received a call from the driver saying he would be late. The bed eventually arrived about an hour after the scheduled delivery window, which caused me additional costs because I had hired someone to help carry the bed into my flat and had to pay extra due to the delay.
The bigger issue was the quality of the product itself. When I unpacked the headboard the next day to assemble the bed, I immediately noticed that the V-shaped design was not aligned properly. The point of the V is not centred and one side is lower than the other, making the headboard look visibly crooked. This is very different from the product photos on the website where the V shape is straight and symmetrical. There was also a hole and fabric damage on the back of the headboard.
When I contacted the company, they described the issue as a “minor defect/adjustment” and explained that their products are handmade. I was offered a £100 discount. I asked for replacement of the headboard and it was answered to me that the same issue may occur with the replacement. For a bed costing £1,100, I found this response quite unacceptable. Handmade should not mean the product arrives misaligned or different from what is advertised.
After I refused the partial discount, I requested a full refund and collection of the bed. I was then asked to wrap up all the parts again and send photos before they would arrange collection and issue the refund.
Overall, the experience was frustrating. For a product in this price range I expected much better quality control, accurate representation of the product, and more professional customer service.

avoid at all costs
My bed arrived last week, and before I had even opened anything, the couriers were already asking me to leave a 5 star review. I politely refused and told them I wanted to inspect the bed first. Even after I said that, one of them just stood there pressuring me to open it on the spot. I didn’t, because I found that whole situation extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.

After they left, I finally opened the bed properly and I was honestly shocked. It looked like it had been sitting in a shed for a year. It was dusty, had marks all over it, and because the fabric is cream, every bit of dirt and damage was clearly visible. It looked dirty before it had even been used.

I contacted the company straight away, expecting them to help, but the customer service was appalling. They asked me to send photos, but then said they would only “believe” me if I built the bed first. That made no sense at all. Why would I fully assemble a bed that already arrived in such a filthy condition?

Against my better judgment, I went ahead and built it anyway, and it only got worse. The smell coming from the bed was absolutely terrible. Now they are refusing to take it back.

The whole experience has been beyond disappointing, pressured for a review before inspection, poor quality product, terrible smell, and customer service that is practically non-existent. Extremely unprofessional from start to finish. You could genuinely get better quality elsewhere for far less.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic Experience with Top Notch.

Easy to navigate & order on website & email sent confirming order.

Regular contact with updates was received & on the day of delivery received 2 phone calls from the delivery lads.

Assembly was efficient & Quick & the two lads were very friendly & helpful, especially having to carry a Huge Headboard up 4 flights of stairs.

Huge shout out to all the staff i have dealt with here, all very helpful, efficient & very kind

Very poor communication between the store and the courier. Our bed was due to be delivered Friday 20th Feb 7-10pm got a call at 9pm to day the van broke down on m6 when the warehouse is in dewsbury?? Called the store several times they finally answered Monday afternoon and told delivery will now be Friday?? we had to plead for a delivery sooner as we are sleeping on the floor! As we disposed of our current bed the Friday the delivery was due. They gave us Wednesday 6-9 time slot and yet again a text message at 4pm to say the van has broken down! Neither the store or the courier are taking our calls. Absolutely shocked at the poor service. I trusted the reviews and pictures in the web and instagram and I feel duped !!!

After a few email from top notch furniture I got my 50 pound refunded and 30 compression for my trouble I like when it's solved so easily and with prompt care and attention that you top notch ignore my other review you've solved the problem and I'll do business with yourselfs again top notch u really are top notch
