Customer service LITERALLY could not be worse
I have tried 4 different coffees from this brand (french vanilla, birthday cake, chocolate caramel & twilight medium roast), and while their coffee is very well made, delicious, AND they give a portion go charity whenever a bag is bought, the reason my review is 2 stars is because of the genuinely ABYSMAL customer service. I have gone to the info @ totm coffee email for the following issues: a faulty bag (no ziplock on it, the email i sent had all the necessary information they tell you to send) i got no response. Subscription issues: i didnt check when my subscription was due, genuinely forgot and was convinced i skipped this month, only to find that it was trying to charge my card - when i went to go cancel the subscription and/or skip this month, i was met with an error screen about 5 times over the span of 3 days, just for it to end up charging my card; there is seemingly no way to cancel an order on the app, it just tells you to send an email to the info @ totm. With very very low expectations, i sent another email asking them to cancel my order, again, with all the correct information, to be met with shockingly, no response once again. This has infuriated me to the point that i may stop ordering from here altogether.
