Unreliable seller with unresponsive customer service

I ordered a speed mask for my bike helmet. When I received it, it was missing two plastic pieces to attach it to my helmet so I couldn’t wear it. When I contacted the shop about it, they didn’t reply until I sent them several reminders. Then they didn’t believe me and when I sent them photos to prove there was no way to attach the mask to my helmet, they never replied and also haven’t reacted to follow-up emails. So now I am stuck with an expensive speed mask that I can’t wear. Very frustrated and can’t recommend this shop! I will never order from them again.
