I really like the place,its also good for kids.The staff were amazing

Everything could be better. This facility should be closed during the winter, heating was terrible and automatically switched off when leaving the place. We had to pay extra for use of the air-conditioning! This is outrageous because this was the only way to warm up the place.
We asked beforehand if we could check-in after office hours but after we found the key and got there we could not even shower because there were no towels which we had to get at the reception the next day after again paying for this as extra!
Before our stay we had to pay a deposit of 150 euros and after we left we only received a part of our deposit back because they deducted another 35 euros for so called additional cleaning because they said we did not leave the place clean enough although we had already prepaid for cleaning too!
I had to send 5 emails before I finally received an answer to my request to elaborate on the charges and after receipt of the answer it was very clear that they charge all kind of extras not included and hide the way they charge for this, outrageous!
We are very experienced travelers and stayed at hundreds of places around the world but advice anyone to spare themselves the experience we had at this place.

Yes, it is nice green but boring. No proper amusement or big play areas. Kids park where I live is bigger and better
After you book and pay, you suddenly get additional pay requests directly from park for cleaning and linen plus deposit
I wasted more than 1000 euros for a week.

Hidden costs after conclusion of the offer, incorrect billing information, early calculation of the visitor's tax without rebooking if the holiday was canceled, paid items from the bill not received.

The most important calculated final cleaning takes less than 5 minutes and the house looks accordingly. If that sentence is not clear I mean accordingly BAD, not cleaned at all! Just on the surface, to even make that a cleaning fee is just a scam outright!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Everything about my stay here was pretty horrendous. Worst place I have ever had the misfortune of staying in, the place was drab and half of it was under construction, staff on reception were rude, when tasked with a very simple request and then on my last night we had to find other accommodation because on arrival back at our cabin the previous night, myself, my wife and 8 month old son were greeted by the seemingly drunk and drugged up man staying next to us with a tirade of verbal abuse including shouting at us at the top of his voice “Mother Fu**ers”! For no apparent reason! Which scared my wife and son so much they couldn’t sleep that night and wanted to cut short the stay and leave.
When I sent a serious complaint in the next day, the park admin staff told me that they wouldn’t refund me for the last night and a then went on to insult my intelligence by blaming the blatant rudeness from their staff as a misunderstanding as a result of the language barrier!
