Really enjoyed this month's products - customising to what you need is a great idea.

After buying a box through Wowcher, I contacted TOPPBOX to check if it had been dispatched as the delivery date had passed. Customer services got in touch with me really quickly and confirmed it had and provided the tracking number and to get back in touch if it didn’t arrive. The box turned up and the products are absolutely fantastic, so 5 stars for the products and 5 stars for their fantastic customer service ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brilliant. Some great new products without having to spend a fortune

Eclectic range of products to try most of which I would not have chosen but was pleasantly surprised by the range and how they suited my needs.

I have never brought anything like this before, the experience is now something I wished I had tried years ago. The box arrived when I was told it would, I opened the box.. looking at all the contents I read what they were, I just had to try the all. Omg . I now use the every evening the cleanser is my favourite, all the other products all go together. Now can’t wait for next box to arrive. Thank you TOPPBOX

Unsure how long my subscription’s been running for but I’ve never come close to cancelling. A good range of top quality products every time and amazing value for money!

I’ve been subscribed to Toppbox for about a year now, they really have found a gap in the market as there is nothing else similar which is aimed at men (or not that i’ve found). The box is always very good value for money, most items are full size which is great. I receive my box every other month which is tailored to my skincare and hair care needs. It has allowed me to try out different brands and products which i’d never heard of before. And i’ve found a few favourites along the way. If you’re a man that’s into grooming then it’s a great way to top up your product shelf, and the surprise is always nice when it drops through the door! - Dale.H

You know all those rubbish products you see in TK Maxx that nobody will want to buy,? Well, I’m assuming they eventually get discontinued and sold on for the lowest of the low wholesale bargain bucket price.

These are the sort of products you get here. I was distinctly underwhelmed when I opened the box and have since decided that nothing is worth using. Lowlights include Yardley (Yardley!!!) perfume that gave my friend a rash.

Probably the only subscription box I’ll keep on and recommend to others. Good value and I’d use 80% of the items. Quality brands and mostly full sizes.

The only thing I find a bit of a gimmick is the personalisation. I recommended to a friend with completely different skin/hair types and so far we’ve both received exactly the same boxes (and that’s been for months). So I’ll believe they take any notice of your preferences when we do get something different.

I prefer the body products, wish there was more fragrances and have found the moisturisers tend to be a bit inappropriate for my skin type recently.

However, it is definitely a good company, decent products and I do enjoy receiving the box. More hits than misses.
