I made a mistake on a transaction. You immediately noticed it and sent me an email. There was a link in the email to use for me to get my funds back. However, that was four days ago and no one I've talked to knows anything about it. They also can't figure it out

Topper Makes it Easy to Buy Crypto
The promps made it easy to follow to buy my XRP and Flare. My only complaint is that often my tax preparer Koinly doesn't record the purchase of my crypto and they treat it as if I got the crypto for free which is a taxable transaction.

Addresses problems quickly
I put my info in and Google changed it when I tried to do Gpay so the app locked me out. Topper was helping and in contact took care of problem. I was going to abandon but waited and they had me going quickly. Thanks for being painless.

Possible fraud/theft
I paid €4,545.36 for USDC through Topper on 1 September 2026. My SEPA payment was completed and the funds reached the recipient bank, but Topper immediately placed my order under manual review.
I was told I would receive an update within the next business day. Almost 48 hours later, and after two business days, I still have neither my USDC nor my money back.
Topper has acknowledged the transaction and provided a ticket, but I have received no meaningful resolution. Being told not to create another ticket because it could supposedly put me “back of the queue” is extremely frustrating when the original promised response time has already passed.
For a €4,545.36 transaction, this level of communication is unacceptable. I simply want Topper to either release my USDC or refund my money.
I hope Topper resolves this urgently. I now fear the funds have been stolen

Slow service
It's been over a day since I put in the order and I haven't received it yet. While I'd understand if the verification process took some time as that's common enough. It says the verification is done, and now I've just been waiting for order fulfillment for over a day. Which I can't understand how a process that should be mostly automated could ever take so long.

They took the amount outta the amoubt i wanted to send and was short 8 dollers in the total amount that was to be sent . It was to be 100 usd and nit bitcoin but they tooke the 140 can and put it as usd then into bitcoin and it was only 92 usd by the time they sent ut ro the wakket it was nent for so now i am out the 149 can thanks to you taking the 8 dollers in usd fubds and then sending the remining 92 not 100 in usd as bitcoin ot usd fiat funds.
