Buying Crypto
The buying purchase was very fast and that surprised me and was excellent.
In working with Topper I bought 3 different times and everything went great. Enjoying the experience I tried for the 4th time and it didn't work. Is the a limit to how many times I can buy and sell crypto in one day.

What I dislike are the high fees…
What I dislike are the high fees percentages to buy bitcoin and that it doesn't accept Discovery Debit cards. Lastly, the delays in pending transactions.

No refund
Unfortunately I paid topper to exchange bitcoin and the bitcoin company was a scam. Topper was paid $ 500.00, and when I contacted them asking for a refund they would not honor the refund. Then they blocked my account with them after I asked for funds to be returned. I would use this company with the understanding that what you give them is gone even if you dont recieve what your paying for. Sorry topper but its the truth.

Topper is one of the best sites I have had the privilege of using. Their process was quick, and their people were helpful in working to fix my problem. At first, there was confusion about whether the issue was with my bank or Topper. My bank kept saying it was Topper, while Topper explained that they could see my payments were not going through. In the end, it turned out to be an issue with my bank, and they corrected it. Topper was very helpful throughout the process, and I appreciate their help. They are the best!
