Very good service

My order arrived very quickly. The entire process of ordering was simple. I had a question, as I am purchasing this for a friend, which was answered quite promptly.

Rubbish customer service and poor product

Rubbish customer service. I bought their overpriced product, but the colour doesn’t match the advertised shade. I bought dark brown, but it’s actually jet black and looks very unnatural.
I contacted customer service for a return/replacement, but was denied.
Any legit business would stand behind their product and resolve such issues, but not these people.
I recommend buying Nanogen or even cheaper alternatives instead of Toppik.

Toppik Thickening Fibres

I have used Toppik for some years now and find it does exactly as it is advertised. If used correctly the fibres give an imression of thickening the hair without clogging the scalp. I have tried others but for me Toppik remains the best.
