All interpreters were professional, enthusiastic and reliable. We were all extremely impressed by how each interpreter acted throughout their time at the UCI Road World Championships and we would absolutely love to work with them again in the future. Being a very busy company, we needed people who would be able to pick up the work/ script quickly and effectively and that is exactly what all interpreters did and we couldn't have been happier!

We have used TLS for some years now, whenever we have a client that is deaf/hard of hearing. Recently we had an urgent last minute requirement for an interpreter and TLS went out of their was to help us out at the last minute when we had a customer that was facing some difficult circumstance and required their property sold in 5 days!
They had a qualified interpreter there on the same day of the request and then back again the next day to run through all the solicitors paperwork with them. The feedback we got from our customer was glowing. They highly commended the interpreter going out of their way as they went with them to the solicitors office to get their ID certified as well as meeting them at a rental property they had to go and view nearby.
They said the interpreter was clear and easy to understand the whole time. TLS have been nothing but excellent, professional as always and will also do whatever they can to help.
