HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED 5/17/26! The pictures that promote the football player cupcake topper product are not what I received. These images will not fit on a standard cupcake and will be very small on a mini. We host a lot of parties and dinners and thought I had found a reputable site and even showed a couple of my vendors and providers but we will not order again unless you can make this order right before our event on May, 30. Please see attached photos and you tell me if this is the same product

Everything was fine. I had a problem with my order; I wanted two items but only ordered one. I contacted them and they very kindly resolved the issue. No complaints, everything was perfect.

I didn't like it. The image you present is very different from the one you send; it has nothing to do with it. I'm very disappointed with the item; you're deceiving the customer

The banner is actually very nice for exception that there is no flap over to be able to put a rod or a piece of wood to hang it up. So now I have to bring it to a Seamstress to put a flap over to create a seem so I can fit a banner rod into it to be able to hang it up.

I recently ordered a ring to have customized stones. When ordering, there is no place to leave a note in the order process to leave details of your customization. Instead, it says for you to contact customer service. I have tried to reach out to customer service on several different occasions and have yet to hear back from anyone. Customer service is a non existent.

Keep in mind, I am only rating the ordering process as I just placed my order last night 2/14/26 and have not received my item as of this review. The ordering process was very easy..

Very cool gift to myself! The option to edit whatever you want was a special, personal option. Can’t wait to see it and place it in my studio!

Of the 4 Dragon reading a book ornaments, one was not done correctly. When they formatted the name on the front of the ornament, that was perfectly done, but when they replicated it on the back image of the ornament, they referenced spelt the name in backward format.

I am working with them to get a return label so they can fix this, and return to me before Christmas, as this is a Christmas present, and I ordered it well in advance to ensure this.

Dealing with this has been a frustrating process.

As for the other 3 ornaments-perfectly satisfied.

I ordered a size 8 received a size 6. Contacted support, done what they told me to do, with zero response. Would not recommend this company to anyone

The ordering experience was quick and easy.

False advertising of when item would arrive even when you pay more for vip/confirmed date of arrival. Don't order if you need in a timely manner.

Although delivery time was a little longer than I had expected and paid for the quality of this product was outstanding

So far so good. I'm just waiting for the bracelet to arrive to see if it's what was offered.

My order came damaged and not by shipment. They say you can contact customer service. They say you can email them and they will send you a return label. But nothing goes through via email so you can't contact them. They claim they will help you but don't give you the instructions to do so. I'm stuck with the items I ordered. Not a Customer friendly company

It has been about a month and I still haven’t received my order. I emailed customer service and never received a response. The tracking shows it has been sitting in Phoenix Arizona since September 16th.
