Very bad experience from the beginning, when he didn't explain anything to us and told us to find out for ourselves (and we found out while sailing: coffee machine with dirt embedded in it, things missing from the boat, broken faucets...). He also asked us for a stratospheric cash deposit. We told him that this was not what we were told by email and he didn't care. We had no choice but to transfer the money urgently or we completely lost the trip and the holiday. When we returned a few days later he told us that he had to check everything in detail and that it would take a few days to return the deposit, putting problems where there were none. He was clearly playing with on our urgent need to take a plane to our country. In the end he withheld money and did not return back the whole amount. Bad company this

Booked with Top Sailing Charter, managed by Oceanis Yachting / DVL Yachting & Charter — it was a disaster. They gave us the wrong marina, no support, and demanded a wire transfer for the deposit. They later withheld money based on made-up issues. Completely unprofessional.

Avoid Oceanis Yachting, DVL Yachting & Charter, and Top Sailing Charter. We booked through Top Sailing and ended up in a chaotic mess. Wrong marina (Alimos instead of Zeas), rude staff, and sketchy payment methods. They kept part of our €3,000 deposit with no justification. Never again.
