Worst than disappointing

My experience with topstack.uk was worst than disappointing.
I contacted the company for CV + Cover Letter writing, because it really looks like a legit, professional web.
At the begging, the process is pretty fast, you fill the request and in no time you got your writer assigned. The writer asked me a few questions (that are easily available at the Linkedin I've provided).
I've received the first draft with the watermark and so on, filled with "TBD" paragraphs in the content of the experiences. I wanted to speed up the process, and what I saw (the overall format of the document) looked OK for a preliminary draft, so I made the payment.
A few days went by and I received the 2nd draft which was more complete, but with some typos and format errors here and there. The writer also wanted to reduce the pages from 3 to 2. I sent my feedback to the writer and waited.
After 10 days since the beginning of the overall process, I receive the 3rd and last draft, this is when the worst begun.
According to the writer "all final checks have been made" in that document, and it was awful. It was filled with typos, format errors, repeated text, etc. I counted 19 errors, and I'm pretty sure I've missed many more.
I wrote directly to the support email from the webpage, politely complaining for the poor quality of the document and asking for a refund. No one ever apologized for the document they submitted, blaming the problem on "the disconnect between you and your writer". They provided two options: a partial refund (mostly for the Cover Letter that wasn't even started) or another person to review the CV. I didn't accepted any of both, as I'm working on filling a legal claim to get all my money back.
My suggestion: run away from this webpage.
