I got a resume back with my name spelled wrong. That's really all that needs to be said but I'll say more. The first paragraph was unreadable because of the font and margins. None of what I requested was done. The most critical information was left off. So glad I didn't lose anything but time on this worthless endwavor.

I was lucky - when I was in school my principal set up a specific class to go over resume writing and interviews. Things to do, not do, what to include. Most kids never got that, just learned what they could from their parents. That information has gotten me through most of my adult life - until now. My resume was clean, straight forward. These are the jobs I held, this is what I did in those jobs. However in a world of AI, ATS auto-rejections, and literally thousands of applicants per job, I eventually came to accept that my resume just isn't made for this job market anymore.
My writer, Jamal, did a fantastic job with my resume. Even that I feel like is still an understatement. He listened to the albeit very little feedback I had and made the changes immediately. He was prompt, communicative, and educational for me - taking the time to explain and even going an extra mile to provide me additional resources on my job search journey.
I hope I never need to use TopStack again, but I can and will be recommending them to any friends, family, or coworkers that do.
