From initial contact with James to the installation of the wood burner, everything went perfect..
Fantastic selection of stoves at their premises and James ensured we purchased the right stove for the house.
The two installers were fantastic, extremely professional and courteous and nothing was too much trouble.
I have no reservations in wholeheartedly recommending Topstak…

Could do better
Delivered on time but the logs were very large ( much more so than previous deliveries) . I raised this with Topstak but they said it’s the luck of the draw! I have had to split a large number of logs myself.

As explained during our phone call, unfortunately with the locally sourced seasoned wood we cannot guarantee the width of the log, only the length we can cut it to.
The only way to guarantee a smaller width is to order the kiln dried logs. If this is acceptable to you, we will update your delivery record to note a 10% discount on your first order of kiln dried logs.

It was a bit sneaky how we made our purchase then the overpriced delivery was dropped in last minute. If the delivery charge had been made clear from the start we would not have bought the stove paint.

Having checked the website I can see the delivery cost is listed before the card details are entered and unfortunately due to being an aerosol we are limited to which carriers will accept this type of consignment which is reflected in the delivery charge.
