Avoid
I completed a Casino Joy offer through Top Surveys and spent £40 in total. The offer didn’t track, despite me following the requirements and providing proof of my activity.
After going back and forth with support, I received what looked like copy-and-paste responses repeating that the offer “did not track successfully” they admitted it was their fault but they could not verify my activity. The responses felt automated and didn’t properly address the evidence I had provided.
I was eventually given a £10 goodwill credit, but that still left me out of pocket due to an issue that was completely outside of my control.
The most concerning part is that if their tracking system fails, they seem unable or unwilling to properly investigate completed offers, meaning the user carries the risk. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about spending money on any paid offers through this platform.

I completed the Word Quest $4 offer…
I completed the Word Quest $4 offer before reinstalling the app. After reinstall, the game disappeared and TopSurveys support says there’s no record in their system. I gave my email for recheck but they still refused to credit. I have chat screenshots as proof. Please fix this.

At least they Pay!
Probably the only positive experience I got out of them was a fast payout which some sites don't offer. When I tried surveys they constantly matched me to ones that would screen me out because they always asked the same qualification questions whether or not they were relevant. When I started an offer and only received partial payment and had to speak to support they just expected me to keep waiting despite telling them I had already waited prior to contacting them.

An OK app: lots of room for Improvement.
An OK app with room for Improvement.
Starting with the good:
- There's generally good availability of surveys, especially during the week.
- Cash out options are varied and expansive, ranging from coffee shops to PayPal.
I'd however like to see an option to report an issue with a survey. Other platforms allow us to provide a link and have our points credited in the event of a survey not redirecting back correctly to the provider. I really wish Top Surveys had this as sometimes it feels like when a survey is broken I'm not being rewarded for the time spent on it.
Support feels robotic: sometimes it makes me wonder whether it really is a human responding.

Pretty terrible
Pretty terrible, they shadowbanned my account when I hit $3 and for the past 3 months they been telling me they'd review my account and tell me what's wrong, now you see what's going on obviously it didn't happen and they've been lying since march about it and it's really bothering me. I'm pretty sure their support is ai generated bots with the same responses which isn't helpful at all. Very annoying and overall unprofessional cause I'm never getting the option to cashout.

I have contacted your "support" email numerous times with ZERO response. And having read numerous reviews, not the only person with this issue.
Yet another scam survey site - yet they are linked to Prime Opinions so hardly surprised.
Not only have I lost TWO payments of $15, but now I have had SEVEN completed surveys with no reward.
Will not be using again - thieves, avoid like the plague. Ombudsman will be in touch shortly, let's see how that goes down.

This company doesn't care that its customers are getting cheated by their games. I took screen shots of the game cheating me out of wins on bingo dice so that I'd have to play longer to hit the next level and payout. Then when I complained about it, they put my next payout on hold for a week and told me that it's pending for 7 days. None of my other payouts were pending. I have emails from top surveys saying that they basically don't care that the games are cheating people because it's not on their end. There's nothing they can do about it. We'll I say that's a bunch of bologna. They choose to keep that game on the top surveys site so they are just as responsible now. I sent them the proof and they didn't do a thing about it other than to hold my funds for the next level I passed. Which took me a week to get there. I'm deleting this entire app and everyone else should too unless they want to get scammed out of earnings and cheated. I'm definitely going to show everyone I know the screen shots and emails I have so they don't ever use this dishonest app. It's should be called top scammers not top surveys

The surveys started ok
The surveys started ok, now they keep changing to another survey 3 or 4 times then kick you out after about 10 mins and give you 4p in English money.

I completed a paid offer exactly as instructed, using the same device and registering through the tracking link provided by TopSurveys. After spending my own money, I was informed that the offer had not been tracked and therefore I would not receive the promised reward.
The worst part is not even the tracking failure itself. Tracking issues can happen with any affiliate platform. The real problem is that TopSurveys showed absolutely no interest in investigating the issue. They did not ask for evidence, did not try to verify the registration with the advertiser, and did not offer any reasonable solution. Their response was essentially: "It wasn't tracked, so there's nothing we can do."
This creates a situation where users take all the risk while TopSurveys takes none. If tracking fails for reasons outside the user's control, you can lose both your money and your reward, and their support team appears unwilling to help.
I fulfilled all the requirements and still ended up out of pocket. A legitimate platform should have procedures in place to investigate genuine cases instead of automatically rejecting them.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend TopSurveys. Be very careful before spending money on any offer advertised through this platform, as there seems to be little protection for users when tracking fails.

after reading the reviews I see that I'm not the only one who was scammed! topsurveys does not respond to emails, they blocked my account and claim that it is fine! through support the same answers and no help! leave them alone, scammers! I only have €18 to choose from and even that is a problem for them! even when I write to them to send it to me themselves on paypal, they do not respond! after the first review I received an email within 20 minutes asking how they are dealing with it and it has been three days now! I have been dealing with this whole problem with them for a week both through support and their email where they do not respond!
