Awful if I'm being honest stay well clear, the amount of time I've done a survey that's longer than 30 mins to get to the last section and be 'screened out' is ridiculous, happens over and over, so stay well clear customer service just play the dumb card to it all

It's real money when you finish their surveys and easy money u earned most important thing they paid with no delay or pluffing

Absolute rip off
I’ve done loads of surveys most of which I didn’t get paid for. They say they’ll take five minutes when they take 25 minutes and when you finished and you think okay I did all of that for 10p. You don’t get the 10p. I can’t even cash out because I can’t get to the £5 to cash out. I haven’t managed accumulate enough money and it’s taking me weeks. It’s ridiculous.

To spend anywhere from 10-30+ minutes literally completing a survey to receive the message, not qualified, is ridiculous. Survey creators need to design these things so that the unqualified are identifiable early on, unless the overall purpose is get their survey responses free. Well, aside from what they pay the site. Let’s not forget the frequent failures at the point of completion that are “broken” for another opportunity to skip paying. As for the site, much too frequently I don’t receive the cash payout in my bank account. I see 5 star reviews here but after 7 weeks and 1-3 payout failures every week, I’m done.

I did my best to complete so many surveys and played game but at the end i can't withdraw the amount when ever i try it says technical error this is really irritating me a lot

Everytime I make a casino offer I never get paid! I have all the proffs about what im saying. Top surveys and heycash same owner and same NO PAYMENTS with high offers!

When you try to redeem your points your account is suddenly locked out and you are told it is under review. Funny how when you do the surveys your account is all good.

Many surveys glitch out by the end and you don’t get points. I would not recommend this app.

I’ve successfully redeem a few £5, however I had a £20 payout from a game (which took a few days to clear).
All of a sudden ‘user is not reward eligible’
I’ve tried to cash out smaller amounts, £5, £10, nothing

The application genuinely delivers what it promises, it's easy to use and transparent.

Terrible when trying to cash out. I have over $100 they won’t let me access and they have NO MANAGEMENT you can speak with and they will ignore you then eventually block your ability to contact support. I have screenshots of this as well!

I installed this app named "TOP SURVEY". But God its been more or less 4-5 months before i redeemed my first reward $5 by taking surveys, thats why i uninstall the app. I don't want to waste my time by checking the app if there is a survey. Thanks anyway.

It's actually easy to successfully complete a survey compared to other sites, however, I am curious how they rate the surveys now since they disabled the feedback. The games, however, leave much to be desired. Many have a "coin bank" you have to fill before getting anything, and by the time you do that, the offers have already expired

I apply to many surveys and i have a top rate, well the first top rate its for 5dls via Paypal paid supposedly but in the screen show a pop up saing have an error and contact to assistance, but the fact they don´t even have a button for assistance, so i think this is a scam, and the top rates this page have are bots.

I have been using TopSurveys for a while and have completed surveys to earn money. I reached the minimum cash-out amount of $5.21, and I attempted to withdraw my earnings. Since February, I have not received a single response from support, and my balance remains locked.
The support system is practically non-existent. I have tried contacting them multiple times, but weeks have gone by with no updates, no communication, and no resolution.
This is unacceptable. If you are thinking about using this app, be aware that you may complete surveys and never be able to cash out. The platform is unreliable, and their customer support will leave you hanging.
I am still waiting for my money, and I will escalate this publicly until it is resolved.

For all users, it's a sincere request never trust this platform. Once you have reached your threshold amount you will be unable to cash out, as the pop window says " Technical error, please contact support". In this way they run there business worldwide on this platform and make profits with various clients and the users are cheated. Since I'm facing this issue from past 1 week, still unable to cash-out. Kindly request you to pass on this information to other review sites.
