Want a refund!
I placed an order on 01/01/2026 of an Hirono carpet and mug, about a week or so without any news I sent an email asking for information. Got no response, two days later the mug got sent and I received it, but the carpet still hasn’t been sent and I’ve emailed them again and again, also tried through instagram and still no response. Pour costumer service, no communication. I want a refund for the carpet but if nobody responds, I don’t know what I can do. Don’t recommend this store.
