Ripped off

I purchased several things from this so called company and it was around December 2 or 4 th. I expected Christmas delivery or sooner. One email sent out to their customer service team and received a response back saying it will be delivered around Christmas or beforehand and not to worry about it or I get a big discount. Well after several emails still nothing delivered but response was after I had asked for a full refund that they offered me partial refund. I said NO full refund. Then another response that they would give me $30.00 US back but not the delivery charge. I replied saying but I paid to expedite the delivery. I want a FULL REFUND.
Now they totally ignore my requests and emails. I want my money back. I believe it’s $68.00

Scam site. Ordered some lights and recieved a pen. Now ignoring emails. I warn people to avoid
