I won!
I've entered multiple competitions with these guys, both when they only ran them through their camper conversion company and now they have a dedicated competition site due to their popularity.
They're always fair, kind, entertaining and really patient on the lives, which I love watching even if I'm not the winner because the joy in Liam, Kacie and the winner is always equal. You can see they genuinely love what they do.
I won money last night in their new instant win game and after following the instructions to claim, they answered so fast and even remembered all the times I'd contacted them before about other camper or comp queries.
I love how clear the T&Cs are on the websites, and how the reiterate the rules and how prizes are drawn over and over again so it's clear for those who pay full attention and do their research. So if you're doubting them... just do your research too because they're really great :-)

I don’t want to sound bitter or like a…
I don’t want to sound bitter or like a hater, but they are quite disorganised and incompetent. Apparently there were 8000 tickets sold for a competition, but my ticket number was 10,000+. That means I paid £7 for a ticket to not even have a chance in the competition as they put the max number as 8k something.
I addressed this in the live stream and they kind of shrugged their shoulders and ignored. Maybe with the more competitions they do they will not make these mistakes

Our live draw that took place last night for our camper competition we drew a number between 1 and 14999. Only 8708 tickets were sold for the competition, however all tickets are generated randomly meaning that the first person who purchased a ticket could have been given ticket 14999 for example. We input the minimum and the maximum ticket numbers into google random number generator, (min being 1 and max being 14999) and we click generate to be given a random number which we then announce as the winner. You can watch the live draw back from start to finish to see us explain this process at the start of the draw and watch us do a test draw to show everyone how it works and then also draw a few other prizes. I won the Dyson fan yesterday in the competition. I can’t believe it as I never win any competitions. Thank you to Liam and Kacie for staying in contact and getting the fan out to me so quickly. I received my winnings today. Thank you also for being so friendly and I have always enjoyed watching the live draws, always keeping an eye out on the competitions. I had lots of contact from the initial winning phone call to lots of emails. They even got my prize sent out to me on the same day! Thank you very much again.
