Wonderful staff!!!

Thank you for the bonus and the friendly staff. I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU TOOK THE TIME TO REACH OUT TO ME PERSONALLY AND EXPLAIN SOME THINGS. That makes a world of difference. I haven't won anything or have been able to cash out yet but here's hoping!!
