Booked a taxi from the Station but wasnt there when arrived! Turned up at least 10 minutes late - whats the point in booking?
Booked another for Sunday lunch - this time turned up 33 minutes late when was told its on its way several times and messages say 5 to 10 minutes!! - Again, whats the point in booking?
Wont be using this company again!
Booked with another company which turned up on the dot! That's the way to do it!!

Holiday trips
We have been on. Holiday in Torquay for 2 weeks. I have used the app to book 7 different journeys. Each time it was a different driver. Every car was extremely comfortable and well taken care of. All the drivers were so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Had two children with me and my mum who had difficulty walking and uses crutches. Each driver was patient and helpful. I can’t recommend this company enough! Thank you for making our holiday so much easier and to the drivers for being friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using them again when we return on next holiday

Helpful driver
Really nice lady driver yesterday. Helpful and patient. I struggled with my seat belt as I have osteoarthritis & she was very kind. Good driver too.
Took me to the hospital to collect my husband, and she knew where Day Surgery is - I didn't! And then we were able to book her for the return trip.

Best in Torquay
This is the only taxi service I will use and have used for the past 2-3 years. I always get a taxi within 5-10 minutes, anytime that I call them. The drivers are always so pleasant and helpful. They give updates with tracking too. The best and only taxi service I will always recommend to anyone 100%. Better than all the other taxi companies to be honest.
