Today i was at Torfs Maasmechelen! The worker (a man wearing a navy shirt and jeans) was profiling me because Im of African descent , maybe he thinks all Africans are thieves! I ended up leaving the store without buying the shoe i wanted because of his racism! I noticed that he was not following other customers but only me. What a disgrace! The money it takes to run your business does not depend on racial groups! Treat us with respect!

We bought a pair of shoes for my 1-year-old nephew from your store in Wijnegem shopping center while we were shopping in the mall.
The next day, we noticed that my nephew 1 year old is not able to wear the shoes because the shoes get easily open.
As we live closer to Aartselaar store, we went to Aartselaar Torfs store in order to replace it with another shoes.
The representative lady in Aartselaar was very unfriendly and made us unreasonable explanations with a poor attitude and way of behaviour like she looks at us from the peak of a mountain. The shoes are still not used and it is only for a kid 1 year old who cannot really walk distances. In addition to the rejection of replacement request, the ugly attitude of the lady in the store was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE as she was like teaching us how to deal with wearing shoes to a kid. Listen here now: The mother of this 1-year-old tiny girl has a university PhD degree on “the education of children younger than school ages”. And I am a business person managing millions of euros for around 15 years in top leading positions of my own companies in various countries. We learnt now, how NOT TO deal with a client and a mother! Our source of inspiration was the poor attitude “TANTE INGE” behaviours of Torfs sales lady.
A normal performing cleaning lady would be far more polite in her position!
For us, it’s 30euros shoes which is peanuts. But for Torfs, I assure that it is absolutely an attitude issue which we will share everywhere publicly, socially and in our community networks.
If Torfs corporation like to correct this bad experience sincerely, then it is not possible only by replacing a shoe of 30 euros, but also requires a publicly published in person apology which must be made by that poor attitude owner sales representative in Aartselaar store about NOT JUDGING PEOPLE (especially customer) BASED ON APPEARANCE OR WEARINGS OF PEOPLE!
