I received great service at Torga optical Danlyn Mamelodi, the ladies were very friendly and helped choose the best frame for me, they also called to wish me a happy birth day. It goes beyond good service.

I received the best treatment at Torga optical. My daughter had her first eye test and was reassured every step of the way. Instructions was very clear. I'm quite happy with our espectacles. Good quality. Will defnitely refer family and friends.

I would like to bring to the public's attention the most wonderful service and the most wonderful people at torga optical in Tambotie Mall, Randfontein. I would firstly like to point out that many companies make claims on advertisements and when you act on them, you find that they are not 100% correct insofar as you need to pay for goodness knows how many additions that you did not foresee or budget for. I would specifically like to complement Polok, Tshipi and Thelma , who run Torga optical at Tambotie Mall. I made an appointment at 4:45 in the evening on Monday for the public holiday on Tuesday 27th April. I was fully expecting various add-ons to the quotation for my glasses and the usual service in South Africa. However, I was greatly surprised. From the time I walked into Torga I was met with friendliness, efficiency and surprise surprise the quotation that I was given was 100%, in line with their advertisement on the special for the multifocal's. I cannot complement Polok, Tshipi and Thelma enough for the seamless and professional and friendly service. They truly made my day and I have already recommended them to 3 people. I had done a lot of research as to which optometrist I would go to and I highly recommend this company and specifically the branch in Randfontein at Tambotie Mall. I walked out with a smile on my face, which continued for the rest of the day. Thank you Polok, Tshipi and Thelma and Torga optical. You will be seeing me again and I will refer all my friends and family to you.

Torga Vanderbijlpark is an outstanding branch that shows they are attentive to the customer. They treat you like an individual and not a number. Thanks to Trish for her brilliant service in assisting me. An eye test was conducted to verify which lens would suit me, i chose my frame and received my specs in less than a week of waiting with a stylish specs case and company branded cleaning cloth. No hassle, no inconveniences. I recommend Torga to anyone who wants a good experience in getting their specs on!
