Residential IP doesnt work as…
Residential IP doesnt work as advertised. Shows up as data center IP and is blacklisted causing problems. Reached out for a new IP and had the same problems. Why advertise a product you can’t deliver on? Beyond that they charged me before the new billing cycle and refuse to provide a refund when contacted before the new billing cycle. Avoid this company. Yet another scam.

Customer Service was horrible
Customer Service was horrible. Multiple service tickets without a single respond. No services for several weeks and no compensation while not a single word from their company.
Edit for prove, since the company answered they did everything - Ticket 294051 submitted 06/09/2025, didn't hear anything and the ticket was closed without a respond. After I reopen the ticket to leave a comment, by then, finally a respond on 07/27/2025. By then, the service was restored without changing any configuration.
