Twenty-five years ago I started as a movement teacher... which sounds simple, but movement was never just movement to me. It was the doorway into everything else. From there I moved into holistic health, because the body always talks first. Then into working with the brain, because change doesn't stick until you understand how people actually think and decide. Then into coaching itself, because knowledge means nothing until someone can apply it to their own life. I trained other practitioners. I mentored coaches building their own practices from the ground up. And somewhere along the way, businesses started asking me to help them scale... to build the kind of communities that make people want to stay, not just buy once and disappear. That's what I do now. I work across movement, mindset, energy and business, because I've never believed you can separate them. Your body, your beliefs and your bottom line are all connected... everything is energy, and energy doesn't stay in one lane. I've built studios, agencies and communities from scratch. I've helped coaches go from invisible to fully booked. I've helped brands find their voice and grow their following. Whatever room I'm in, I'm there to help people see the opportunity hiding inside whatever they're facing, because I believe every situation is a gift, even the messy ones.
