Top shelf experience every time
I have been dining at Toscana for more than two decades and I keep coming back, because the service is impeccable. The owner Araz Tofek is a very friendly, polite, and always smiling person, and he clearly hires staff which have the same traits.
This is NOT a nose in the sky French restaurant with a steep price and tiny servings. The food is certainly not the most expensive in the city, but for the affordable price you get really tasty dishes, and each dish is plenty of food.
I can warmly recommend the Carpacio starter.
The place is popular, so on a Saturday, the restaurant can be quite busy. If you want a more quiet experience, weekdays are better.
