I placed an order for Royal Green Tumeric last December. When product arrived it was out of date stock. I have left so many messages on their various phone numbers, I did receive a call early January from a chap called James who promised to resend order but 6 weeks on nothing . Today I have again telephoned, answer machine as always and emailed. Still no response. They have had my money!! My advice, AVOID this company

I received my order quickly but one of the items was incorrect. I have emailed the ‘customer care’ department twice but not received a reply although I have received a request for product reviews. I won’t use Total Body Care again as it is when things go wrong you find out how much a company is actually bothered.

GDPR concern. This company posted my creams, quickly which was great. BUT they added spreading cardboard to the parcel, with another customers name, and address on. So I now have the details of another customer on an order addressed to me.

The product is paid for, but the product is not sent out! 13 days have already passed! no one answers the calls and there is no answer in the chat either! Do not buy anything from this fake store!

Terrible service, ordered Christmas pyjamas 1st of December. Order still not dispatched on 20th December received refund with no explanation and no reply to messages. Avoid waste of time.

I’ve place an order and have not received it! I needed this item for last week Friday!
I’ve tried calling but no one picks up or returns your calls.
I thought that I would have received my order seeing it a UK based business. It have been over two week! This is bad! I no longer want this purchase I would just like my money back!

My order took 1 month to arrive , I even taught have been scammed, no email notification for delivery updates , pls this website needs to do better!

Do not buy from these people, they are SCAMMERS! Shame on me fir fetting sucked in. I even returned the wig i purchased via Royal mail and they lied about not recieving it, even though it clearly stated as much on the RM website.

Sorry but the wig I ordered did not match up to the true picture advertised. I have tried various hair vendors but they have all seem be disappointment 😞. I think I would stick to where I normally buy in bundles and continue to make my own.

First of all hair never arrived, this is a fake company no way these reviews are real at all, I waited 3 weeks and nothing came , tried reaching out to them emails , calling the fake number nothing, no respond just got ignored , the only thing that saved me from losing my money was I paid with lay buy. So I was refunded all my money, little advice save your cash and spend it somewhere else at this point stick to Ali express at lease you get. Real hair and excellent customer service …don’t shop here they just scammers I dare them to respond ….. thieves …

I love the hair, but the back side makes knots every time and the cap is small.

one of the best quality wigs I've had, the hair was silky and the lace was as described, would rate 5 star but the shipping was a long wait. if this could be improved this would be my go to company

Items did not match discription. Response time to issue is astounding 4/5 month on still no response.

I ordered a wig from here, and the quality was i'd say 4/5. They are cheaper priced so you get what you pay for. The picture of the wig showed clips instead of those sliding combs. I received a wig with combs, so i'll have to buy some clips and sew them on. The corners of the wig (u part) lifts up when you try and put it under your hair, so ive had to try and bend then the other way so it lays flat. I washed the wig and this yellowy brown water came off of it. I can only assume its either a light dye used on the original hair wefts or silicone put on the hair to make it shiny. Other than those listed above, the hair is good. 4/5 id say, just disappointed the wig had combs instead of clips, so 4/5.

I understand this wig is cheap (£150) but I’ve had much better quality for the same price from Amazon and eBay, even Aliexpress. The colour online looked more red with orange undertones but it’s definitely just orange which is okay if that’s what you wanted, but it wasn’t for me. As delivery was all the way from China I didn’t want to return so I tried to cooperate and dye it which made this nice light brown colour. It was fine for maybe a couple of days but now it’s going all dreaded and matted and looks awful despite being conditioned etc. Shedding is mental and I’ve found green/orange string throughout the unit. I should have noticed something was wrong when the owner of the website was also selling items from a pyramid scheme. I wish I could attach photos. I hope I can get some sort of partial refund.
