Absolute terrible customer service. Bought a 2 man bivvy just over a year ago and only used 3 times and a pole snapped. Got a new one on order and it never arrived. After many ignored emails and a few phone calls got told they no longer have parts.. Avoid at all costs.

This company operates fraudulently, in contravention of the Consumer Rights Act and their customer service representatives have a fundamental lack of integrity. They ‘Bait Advertise’ by exhibiting items for sale as being in stock, in order to secure orders, when they are knowingly out of stock. It’s no coincidence that this illegal activity often coincides when competitors disclose an absence of the same stock. Upon telephoning to question lapsed delivery dates, customers are given a myriad of vague lies like “There was a delay beyond our control” or “It’s only just arrived back in stock and will be dispatched soon” or “There was a set back with the shipment”

I bought a force 8 fishing bivvy from this company a few years ago and the product, on the whole has served me well. I've had a couple of replacement pole hinges and 1 replacement pole.

Today I called them to ask for another hinge and ended up being on the phone for 13 minutes to a bloke called Christopher who, I don't think had the slightest clue as to the product I was talking about never mind the spare parts.

I explained repeatedly that are really only about 4 parts to the bivvy. Still he couldn't work it out. I strongly suspect he was playing a game of "let's see how long I can keep this customer on the phone" At the end of the conversation I said look just forget it I'll complete an order form on line. He said he'd have "one of the fishing guys" call me back and confirmed my number. I've heard nothing.

Terrible service.
