As a new member first impressions are lasting. I tried signing up for auto ship for the Tea with Hemp extract for at least 3-4 months in a row. I tried 3 different credit cards and with the help of my rep Vickie Durr in Piscataway, N.j . We were able to use my American Exp card. I don't understand why I cannot use my Visa and Discover. We both were on the phone with your reps on a number of occasions and thought that it went through, but on the day the auto ship was scheduled to ship I would get a text message that it failed and my credit card declined. I use all three credit cards every month. My concern is that next August the rate for the Amer Exp goes back to the higher rate per month. Therefore I will stop using it. And then what should I do? You can ask Vickie, I sent her a number of text messages, apologizing for not wanting to do any more business with TLC because of this issue. I've never had a problem with any other business using my credit cards. I value your products, but it's not worth the aggravation.

I am dissatisfied with the service because I paid for my smartship nutraburst and have yet to received the product. I have completed 2 request for review of the lost item, but I have not received any response from tic regarding my product. I submitted another inquiry today, so hopefully I will hear from someone, so that I can get my vitamin. Thank you

I give a customer service a 5 star because a few months back I was 1,553 caller in the and Q! Now, I AM 9😁😁😁😁! THOROUGHLY helped every time! I use to call for my whole team on 1 call because it was such long wait!!! Not any more! Look at GOD!

One day I have spent over 250 Canada Dollars and i was told i would receive Samples and stuff. But I have not received anything for all that I have spent. I have my mom and brother on my right and left. And was binary only for 2 weeks.

The products are good. I feel good and will have TLC in my budget. Its a lifestyle change. My wife buys the bulk of the products. I am on smartship.

I emailed you regarding a product that I haven't received. I pre-ordered the Sea Moss on July 31st and its almost a month later and I still haven't received the product. I emailed you with the invoice# that was giving and I received an email stating that wasn't the right information.
