I sent an email last week. I did not get a response so I called this week. The representative was very helpful & informative. He found my email and said it will be handled within next day or two.

I was hoping to see results on the scale. No change as yet. I am using the remainder of the products and will inform you of the final results.

Since COVID-19 the months of April 2020 through July 2020 was terrible. As of August 2020 it has improved. We understand due to COVID-19 things got out of wack. Thank you for hanging in there Customer Service Team!

It still is very hard to get through to customer service which is so frustrating. I also haven't been able to get through my last 2 orders have had issues my nutraburst was broken so I didn't get to enjoy it then my next order after that I paid for and never received at all $114 gone. I have had team members quit because of commission issue and not being able to get through to customer service fAst enough.

Products are on ti.e. delivery status updated. Love my tea and nutraburst!!

The customer service was horrible. Getting emiled back to email another department that didn't respond for a month. To come back an say email another department. Not customer friendly no help what so ever. Definitely not for the people. Money gets you answers.

I love our products and what we stand for. The NRG is my favorite absolutely a life saver. I enjoy when a customer tells me how much they love the product. I enjoy helping people make a healthy choice. Glad I said yes.

I know Tlc is striving for improvement with customer service, leadership and product availability but those are the 3 things that come to mind for my review.
I haven’t experienced it first hand too much but the leadership could use more training/practice in positive communication.
The products are great but I’m not a fan of the upline marketing.

I call and stop my auto shipment a month ago and money continued to be taken receiving no product. That’s bad business I did file a claim to receive my money back. Get better

I was asked for the same info over and over again and then was told there was not enough info to make a decision. You shouldn't advertise specials if you don't have the capacity for life changers to get the products and the website should be able to handle the amount of people trying to get the special. When I go on there for a special its time consuming and frustrating. And very disappointing when I dont get my products. Its very distasteful.
