Extremely helpful

Extremely helpful, had a few problems with our previous fleet company so switched to Total Motion. Happy with the service and easy to contact. A big thank you to the team!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from the team at Total Motion. The management of our care home vehicles and drivers was great, especially with the document process - would definitely recommend!

We leased a vehicle on a 2 year deal…

We leased a vehicle on a 2 year deal and then asked to extend a further year.
All was good throughout the contract, no problems with them atall .
Only when the vehicle was due to go back they started their games.
It was inspected prior to being picked up and noted down as only general wear and tear , the vehicle was then inspected again and collected 2 weeks later with a small list of items including a dent this was fine as we had notified them of these , bill was for just over 1k.

8 weeks later I received a letter claiming I owed £9.5k.
I disputed this thoroughly and responded via emails , most were ignore.

I had already said I’d pay the bill of £1k but not the £9.5k, they have now tried to take me to court.

Avoid at all costs !!! con merchants at their best , they fabricate damages hoping your pay

We have worked with Total Motion and the team for our fleet management for over 5 years and the service is without fault.
If you want to talk to someone that knows how to operate and manage a fleet regardless of size then talk to Simon and his team

Please avoid

Encourage all future customers to read reviews and avoid, and opt for another leasing org - even if the costs are slightly higher

During the lease - having to follow up multiple times to receive refunds on ticket / fine appeals I've won,

An - as far as I know fabricated end of lease charge of £1100 - I then asked for an invoice and it was bumped to £1400 magically, which is outrageous - the car has a stone chip, a scratch on a headlamp, and a tyre that has a small bit of damage on the tyre wall - is this £1400 of damage? Absolutely far from it - the money you save from a slightly cheaper lease will be charged to you at the end in "damages".

STAY AWAY from this THING! (I don't know how to call this..)
They couldn't organize a single request for me. Everything that they should do was not done correctly. I have not received a single invoice, they could not change my details (I asked 3 times) and they kept contacting me on an inactive email account even after I complaint (4th-time request) they carried on contacting me on an inactive email account and then threatened me with legal actions within 24 hrs because I did not respond!!!!!! They increased the amount of DD without notifying me. They did not notify me about parking tickets! When I requested the PCN details they sent me only 3 out of 5 pages when I pointed this out they said it was complete PCN I had to email another person which then sent me the full PCN. They could not organize the collection of the car on time. they are only interested in charging you but not providing any service if you point something out or complain they give you a rude answer or ignore you!!! 3 months after I gave them the car back they posted to me that I owe them money for the repair without showing any report. I must add that the letter was posted to my inactive home address!! This thing is no good! If they give you a car for free - refuse and run!
