Highly recommend professional company

We’ve had a few unfortunate issues with our car recently. However, one quick phone call to this lovely garage and they always try to accommodate us to look at the car the same day (which the majority of the time they have). They have saved us multiple times, I really can’t fault them. Their customer service is above and beyond. Our son is now using their services too. Refreshing to find a garage who you can fully trust to do the work to a high standard, not do things that don’t need doing and for a reasonable price!!

Had my car in for some work, brakes and discs, whilst I was there they also offered to do my MOT and they were cheaper than my car’s garage. They also noted the damage that was noticed by my main dealer and came with a price that was less than half of the main dealer and did the work and it was brilliant. Service was amazing too. Top work, quick, great pricing and quality customer service.

Unfortunately for me my car decided to break down. I managed to get a recovery to it and contacted total motor care to see if they could at least look at it, very late on a Friday afternoon. Dave was extremely helpful and had the diagnostics machine ready upon my arrival. The problem was identified and the new part was refitted the same day. Very please with how efficient and professional the team at total motor was.

I cannot fault the service I received from total motor care, within hours of reporting the accident on my vehicle. They had already organised a replacement vehicle for me which was like for like, the handover was very simple quick and easy. The repairs to my vehicle were done very quickly and efficiently and looked like new and my vehicle was returned to me in a nice clean condition, and again the hand over to get my vehicle back was a pleasant experience and at all times I found everyone that I spoke to, to be very polite, well mannered and courteous.

Great service. Everything clearly explained, courtesy car provided car came back valeted like new. Can’t fault.

Great service still exists. Had a problem with squeaky brakes that the dealer would only look at in a month. Called TMC and they said bring it down immediately - they then fixed it at zero cost.

Absolutely exceptional service each an everytime I use my fleet of vans for this place always a pleasure to deal with dave and honest reliable looks after their customers!

Brought my vehicle in for a few repairs even though they were fully booked they were able to get my vehicle fixed the next day appreciate Dave and the team for getting the job done!

I've been using TMC for a few years now and would have no doubts in recommending them to anyone. Fremiendly, helpful and welcoming, don't charge the earth and do a great job.

Assessed car in the period between Christmas and New Year, then booked in. 02 January.
We were provided with a good quality loan car with automatic gearbox (much to my wife's relief)

I bought a mini countryman that was in a N category. I bought it unseen so I was naturally apprehensive. I could not be happier with the car. It looks brand new and I have managed to buy a car that was completely out of my price range if it had not been in a category. Total motor care did the repairs and gave 5 years warranty with the body work. Dan is a brilliant bloke to deal with and has gone above and beyond what I asked him to do.
