Disastrous Experience. Beware!

Moving is already a stressful endeavor, but when a supposedly professional removal company adds to that stress, it becomes an absolute nightmare. Sadly, this was my experience with TMS.

Initially, I was optimistic about their services. They provided a quote which seemed reasonable, answered emails and overall proactive, but on the moving day, they shockingly increased the sum they wanted to charge, citing vague reasons and blaming us for misunderstanding. This sudden change left me feeling deceived and financially burdened before the move even began.

To make matters worse, they changed the rules midway through the move, causing confusion and chaos. Items were mishandled, leading to significant damage to many of my belongings.

Adding insult to injury, they attempted to haggle over the insurance coverage, showing a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. It was clear that their priority was not customer satisfaction or rectifying their mistakes but rather squeezing every last penny out of their clients.

As if the above wasn't enough, several items never made it to their destination, leaving me scrambling to replace essential belongings and facing additional expenses and inconvenience.

In conclusion, my experience with TMS was nothing short of a disaster. Their unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and disregard for customer satisfaction are utterly appalling. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and avoid at all costs.

Will update once we have shipped our belongings but wanted to write a review anyway as the communication we have received through the process thus far has been stellar!
Scott has been so very helpful and has answered multiple questions from our side along with having to deal with us postponing due to our visa process taking a whole lot longer than expected. He has been flexible and gracious throughout and we fully appreciate it!

Mike from TMS was responsive from the start. I was arranging for goods from storage to be sent to me in South Africa. Comms both on UK and SA side was good. Goods arrived safely.

A fantastic company that truly eases the stress of moving home. My experience with TMS was excellent throughout. They were friendly and helpful, clear and efficient from beginning to end. My removal was managed by Christian, who kept in touch on a regular basis with help and updates on the removal process. The packing team were equally impressive. They treated my stuff with such tremendous care. I took the option to have some boxes packed by TMS' team, and I was very happy to have done so, as they packed some fragile items with great skill. Overall, I was very impressed with their efficiency and their human touch. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. They are indeed top of my list for any future move!

TMS provided a competitive quote and were extremely helpful in answering the questions I had about moving back to London from Hamburg, of which there were many! The removal and delivery both happened within the appointed window and appropriate care was taken with my belongings. Overall I felt that I had received a service that was friendly, professional and tailored to my needs – on this basis I can thoroughly recommend them.

Moving with this company was the best decision I could have made. I relocated from the UK to Spain, and from the first moment, Christian and his team maintained constant communication, providing me with necessary and detailed information at each step, from required paperwork to helpful advice. On the day of the move, the team was friendly and efficient, and all my belongings arrived in less than a week and in perfect conditions. The unloading process was equally pleasant. I'm very grateful to TMS because, despite my initial fears about the moving process, they made it easy and uncomplicated.

Total Moving Solutions was able to provide a very competitive moving solution to a location that many relocation companies weren't able to support.

The owner provided excellent support and guidance in the weeks leading up to collection. Once collection had been organised, we were regularly updated and delivery was organised two weeks after we relocated without any issues.
All the boxes were delivered as we shipped them.

Excellent service and I would highly recommend using total moving solutions.

After getting tons of outrageous quotes for removal from uk to Ireland this company we’re so affordable and accommodating ,as it was short notice in the run upto Chrismas they still managed to pick up and deliver in a week timeframe.they kept in touch with calls on dates and times of pick up and delivery.everything arrived ahead of schedule in perfect condition.a lovely bunch of guys both in office and delivery guys.thrilled to have found them.highly recommend!!!!

They have been upfront on costs, timing and the pitfalls of an international move, our house arrived when they said it would and not 1 item was damaged or broken. I highly recommend them to you.

TMS were great. Hassle-free, no problems on either end of the delivery, and the price was really reasonable. Mike was always contactable, and was really on top of coordinating collection and delivery. This move was personal items being moved internationally, and there were no issues with damage. Everything was well wrapped once taken into TMS possession. If needed in future I will definitely be using them again, and would recommend.

I'm really disappointed. They lost my boxes and damaged my vintage clock. The box was lost it contains my family photos.
