A great service provided to both of our company sites. We are provided with monthly reports for our auditing needs as well as ad-hoc visits when requested. Any queries are handled in a prompt and professional manner.

Had a problem with a rat or mouse, not sure which. It caused a lot of problems in the house. Called David in the morning and he said he would be around that afternoon. He came right on time and sorted out the problem. Verified that the rodents were no longer in the house and filled in a report. I had no idea that such a little animal could cause so much damage. It was eating through the kitchen wires. It could have fried itself.
I was very impressed at the speed of this company. I know where to go now, if I hear little tap dancers on the ceiling again. Thank you David. I very much appreciate your help.

Had a historic rat infestation in the loft. Max & Alex & Tony removed all the contaminated loft insulation, cleaned and disinfected the whole area, and replaced all the insulation with new to current guidelines. The guys were efficient and helpful and left the house immaculate. No hesitiation in recommending them to potential customers.

I have used Total Pest Control for a number of years whilst working for an organisation that has a large portfolio of properties. Can't believe what a positive experience we have had from TPC. We approached several firms for quotes before coming across them. Steve the surveyor responded promptly, coming round to investigate the problem (removing rat droppings from loft insulation) and give a quote, which we accepted. Alex and Jay came round and got the work done professionally and efficiently. They were people we felt comfortable in having in our home. With all three staff, I was impressed by the care they took to explain what they were doing, giving us plenty of time to ask questions. They were polite and considerate at all times.

Excellent service from Steve who came to look for bedbugs. He carried out a full assessment and deemed no bugs but not after an hour of searching every crevice. He have advice, suggestions and then followed up with an email and text. A superb service. Highly recommend

Thought we had mice making surprise Christmas visit to nibble chocolate coins, but turned out to be rat(s). Having never had such a problem before I googled, and made a couple of calls. Some quoted very high cost +VAT for a single visit plus extra per additional visit. Came across TotalPestControl UK- called and was quoted a price for three visits that the "other" mob wanted for one. Very efficient and helpful on the 'phone and able to get rapid visit just before Christmas. This helpful performance carried through all the way with their Bristol based Jay an absolute star. He was professional, pleasant, punctual and took time to answer my various questions. "Rattie" now gone after the three visits , but I would certainly use them again if needed

They investigated possible rodents in my loft. Very happy with the service. Completely put my mind at ease and made sure I wasn’t being charged above my needs. I’m very pleased with the first visit.

Very good service!
Had the dreaded wasps in the sofet. Arranged through the council and was called 2 days later in advance of attendance, greeted by Robert who was very professional, friendly and helped with all the questions I had. All sorted within 20mins. Now we can have the windows open again. I would definitely recommend to others.

Great service, somebody called back within an hour to arrange to visit and arrived 2 hours later. Was very through looking for evidence of where mice had been. I felt reassured my dog couldn't get to any poison being put down, as its in lockable boxes. This was my biggest concern. Thank you very much Mick Morris for your help.

My loft has been infested with rats and needed the insulation removing and the whole are cleaned and decontaminated. The technician was totally professional and kept me informed at each stage of the job. He was very polite and operated very quietly in the house and did a fantastic job. He and his colleague did a very good clear up job when they had finished. I would highly recommend this company. Their rates are reasonable and competitive.
