The lead times for products on our site are available on our onsite display. We did not have sock of the item, as stated on our website and when the product was selected for purchase, it therefore did display that it takes an additional 21 days (3 weeks) for the item to be in stock at our warehouse, which still leaves the dispatch to be done and delivery for the product to occur.
Apologies if you are unhappy as we aim to ensure our client’s needs are met and we ensure that communication is always available on site for any products that are ordered. Our team is always available to your disposal if you have any questions on products or delivery times. - The Total Source Team
