Maybe not raise your monthly fees so often claiming it is due to rise in expenses. If you feel the need to raise your pricing maybe due so to any new incoming tenants and not your long time excellent paying ones. If it were not for the almost perfect location of this facility I would have moved out years ago.

On time paying long term customers shoulf be offered yearly flat rates.
All the customer service folks are very helpful. My only issue would be to offer long term, good, on time paying tenants such as myself an option to sign a lease or something so there are not annual rate increases. I maybe visit my storage maybe 6-8 times a year yet have been paying on time for 7 years. Every time I inquire about a yearly flat rate they tell me the decisions for such matters are beyond their pay scale.
