Total watch repair did an outstanding job on my Nighthawk.
However, I was a little disappointed that I had been led to believe that I could get a sapphire crystal installed only to be told as the watch was being shipped that it was not possible due to sourcing issues. That was a major disappointment. So I’m still not clear if it is not possible to have a sapphire crystal installed or if one was simply not available at the moment.
But my overall experience is positive and the technician did a superb job.
My watch looks as beautiful as the day I got it.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. First of all, the cost of the repair was much higher than necessary. I had a strap replaced and the company did not even match the strap, as I requested. I sent in a blue, ribbed, nautical looking strap yet a black, generic, rubber, sub-quality band was returned with my Kenneth Cole watch. Then, I wore the watch twice and the second occasion, the pin snapped, which indicates to me that the professional who did this repair did not even replace the pins to fit securely into the hollows of the new strap. I am going to have to take it to my local jeweler to have them replace the strap with the original because this simply was not what I asked for nor expected for the price.

But TWR was ez to work with. Pretty much just had to pay for shipping back. Appreciate honesty.
