I ordered the buy 3 get 3 free but got 1!

I ordered the buy 3 get 3 free. Only 1 bottle arrived! I mailed them repeatedly and got answers like we're looking into this and we will send you the missing ones. 4 weeks has passed and I got a mail saying we have sent your goods. 1 bottle! So 4 are still missing. I wrote to them about this but have had no answer!
I got the 12 in 1 Magnesium. And the first bottle deffenitly came from China so I think that this is a scam company!
